He served honorably in the United States Army for 22.5 years, developing strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Following his military service, Steve transitioned to a 20-year career in the federal government in Real Property Asset Management, where he dedicated many years to public service. He possesses a deep understanding of government regulations and procedures, as well as a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Now, Steve is embarking on a new chapter as a real estate investor, leveraging his experience and skills to build a successful portfolio.
Janet’s life has always been about helping others. For years, she did just that in the medical field, providing care and support to countless individuals. Now, in her well- earned retirement, she’s channeling that same drive and passion into real estate investing. With a keen eye for potential and a heart for community, Janet is excited to create thriving properties and build a legacy of positive impact.
